Paper Artists

Something that always makes my day is when someone in my life sends me or shows me other artists who are also using paper as their medium of choice.

Just now I recieved this link to an etsy shop by one of my friends:
http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?listing_id=35052003
Her creations are simple, yet very detailed and well crafted. I really enjoyed looking through them.

I also had the pleasure of viewing Mr. Kell Black's work this past week at Cumberland Gallery. The pieces on display were insect collections, very intricately and perfectly cut using a thick black paper- they were amazing!
Viewing his work reminded me of a pop-up book, by Mr. Robert Sabuda, that a friend of mine once gave me. I dug it up a couple days ago, and am just in awe of how elaborate and delicate the work is.

This video was also sent my way. I can relate to Trenton Doyle Hancock's "mounds" and am thinking, i should paste the letter "L" on my shirt, just like his "T".

Keep sending me stuff! I LOVE it!
