Bachelorette Mondays

Almost everyone dislikes Mondays, right? Well- not me!

Mondays are really one of my favorite days of the week right now (during the summer). For two reasons. At work I get to be with my favorite age group ALL day- they truly light up my life.. AND its Bachelorette Night with the girls.

For two hours the four of us are glued to the TV. Sometimes there is chinese food, sometimes dollar store candy, and sometimes Andrea makes delicious strawberry daiquiris.

I like to believe that we watch the show with a much different outlook than most women- but who really knows.

We have quite a sense of humor about the show- and spend most of the time just laughing at whats going on. We have our favorite bachelors and we have our least favorite ones.

This Monday turned out to be a very intense episode as we all thought our favorite bachelor was going home. We were all holding our breaths as she was handing out the roses, HOPING Ames wasnt going to be packing. And when he was given the final rose, we all cheered and yelled and clapped.

Andrea commented that her neighbors probably thought we were watching a football game or something. I thought that was an interesting point. The Bachelorette is the female equivalent of a football game.
